Description

Brunello di Montalcino Dory Riserva DOCG represents the pinnacle of Tuscan winemaking tradition. Produced from select Sangiovese Grosso grapes and aged extensively in oak barrels, it is a wine of great structure, depth, and longevity, capable of expressing the authentic character of Montalcino.


It features an intense and luminous garnet red color. The nose reveals a complex and refined bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit, cherry jam, tobacco, vanilla, and light balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, warm, and velvety, with elegant tannins and a persistent, harmonious finish that evolves over time.


A meditation wine, ideal for accompanying roasts, game, fine meats and mature cheeses.
