Description

Taurasi Canopa Fermo DOCG is a red wine of great character and depth, considered one of the finest examples of Campanian winemaking. Made from select Aglianico grapes, aged extensively in wood, it embodies the strength and elegance of a region rich in history and tradition.


It displays an intense ruby ​​red color with garnet highlights. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, plum, black cherry, and sweet spices, with hints of tobacco and vanilla. On the palate, it is structured, enveloping, and harmonious, with firm yet well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish that underscores its great elegance.


An important and long-lived wine, perfect to accompany red meats, game and mature cheeses, or to be enjoyed in moments of meditation.
